Deliver of Artwork:
Artists should deliver all their artwork between 11:00 am and 3.30 pm Sunday 11 November 2007 Delivery address: The Incinerator Arts Complex, 180 Holmes Road, Moonee Ponds.
Collection of Artwork:
The exhibition closes Sunday, 9th December at 2.00 pm. Artists should collect their unsold art pieces between 2:00 pm & 4:00 pm.

Conditions of Entry and Sale:
- Each Artist may enter a maximum of 3 original, uncopied works. Each entry must have:
- Wire or cord on the back suitable for hanging paintings, photographs, …etc.
- Name of artist, price and size of artwork must be marked on the back of the painting, or base of sculptures or similar, using the labels provided. A maximum size of paintings not to exceed 1.5 sqm.
- The subject matter of the artwork needs to be about the Western Region
- Each artist must complete and sign an entry form and post it to
WRAN, PO Box 5013, Sunshine Victoria 3020.
Please include a cheque or money order at the rate of $25.00 per piece. Payment is required with your entry form. Entry fees are not refundable, even if a work is not selected for display. - Commission – no commission will be taken by WRAN
- Any damage to or loss of any exhibit however and whenever occurring and whether whilst in transit, on display, in storage or otherwise shall be the sole responsibility of the artist. WRAN will take every care with the exhibits, but does not accept responsibility or liability for any such damage or loss and advises all exhibitors to insure against such damage or loss
- One person should be able to handle and carry each piece of artwork at a time.
- Entries must be delivered free of all charges. No payments whatsoever will be made by WRAN for freight or other charges incurred in delivery or return of the entry.
- We encourage you to submit your works of art for sale.
- Cheques covering sales of exhibits will be posted to the address of the artist no later than 21 days after the close of the exhibition.
- WRAN shall have the right to photograph any work for the purpose of promotion and sale.
- WRAN reserves the right not to exhibit any item without notice or explanation.
- The price of the painting submitted on entry cannot be varied thereafter, and no substitute paintings will be accepted.
- Entry forms will not be accepted after 17th September 2007.
- Performance artists are invited to perform through out the exhibition including opening night. Please outline the details of your proposed performance, including the type and duration of the performance, the preferred time and date, and so on.
GST & Tax Information (information only)
WRAN is a Non-for-profit organisation. Artists, who wish to sell their artwork needs to be aware of their tax obligation. Below is a non-conclusive guide for your information. Regarding all tax matters, please consult your tax advisor or call the ATO on 13 28 61.
Category 1:
Professional artists, photographers and sculptors, who are registered for GST provide a tax invoice upon sale, which include a GST component in their selling price. Please insert your ABN Number below. Artist in this category must have a valid ABN number and are registered for GST collection on behalf of the ATO.
Category 2:
Professional artists, photographers and sculptors, who have a valid ABN number but are not registered for GST, should not include a GST component in their invoice.
Category 3:
Hobby artists are not entitled to an ABN and do not include GST in their selling price.
