Artist's Statement:

I am primarily a printmaker, having in recent years fallen in love with its processes, such as etching, mezzotints, lino and woodcuts.

Living in Footscray, my work is inspired by the local landscapes of Melbourne’s West, as well as influenced by ideas of belonging and place, healing and change, and a determination to celebrate what we have here and now.

I am also motivated by the poetry of the everyday challenges that we face both as individuals and globally. It is not just about the burdens that dare us but also the gifts that can surprise us!
